Dear Faculty and Parents, Namasthe!
Regarding the topic of our submission, we would like to echo our observation that few avoidable challenges persist in our world despite enormous human potential, natural resources and technology. The root cause of these issues can be attributed to the underutilization of human potential, including that of our students. Two major factors impact the all-round development and growth curve of our students. Firstly, students are not adequately exposed to the next phases of education (i.e., Employability, Efficiency, Empathy, Ethics), and as a result, they struggle to succeed at each level. Secondly, most of our students begin preparing their resumes in their final year of graduation, which is far too late in the game. Due to the lack of self-profiling at the school level, students miss out on recognizing their strengths and the areas that require further development for their growth. Additionally, the lack of simple self-assessment tools for profiling is another reason why students fail to profile themselves from an early age.
It is crucial to note that our society has not fully explored the opportunities available to elevate the thought process of our students and influence them to think bigger, set larger goals in life, and strike a balance between education and employability versus entertainment and enjoyment.
To address the aforementioned challenges and maximize the utilization of human potential, the 5E model was created as a comprehensive solution. One of the key components of this model is the Champion Profile © (CP), a unique and simple tool designed with 18 attributes to enable self-assessment, self-challenge, and self-navigation. The CP acts as a lifelong compass, guiding individuals (students, youth and working professionals) towards turning their dreams into a tangible reality.
The outcomes aimed by CP are numerous. Firstly, it aims to enlighten students/employees on the enormous human potential and inspire them to set lifetime goals of impactful value addition to the world. Secondly, it inculcates a culture of solutioning, innovation, and outcomes. Thirdly, it imbues a catalyst of winning through Presentation/Branding excellence. Fourthly, it maximizes harmony through "being guided" and "being a guide." Finally, it enables life vision and profiling to achieve sustainable all-round development. Champion Profile alerts our students/employees to balance their orientation towards entertainment and enjoyment and place them stronger in education, employability, and other skill sets for professional and personal performance excellence.
